Fresh out of the EOS M400- a 400mm diameter “combustor can” (of our own design). Still on the baseplate and not yet de-powdered. You can see the support structures underneath.
This is build in a nickel superalloy- and for the sake of Google I’ll add that this process is sometimes called DMLS, or SLM or laser powder bed additive manufacturing.
